MarcTheo Beadworks Guarantee and Returns Policy
Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all MarcTheo Beadworks Jewellery including gemstones, precious metals, pearls, and other materials. In the unlikely event of faulty craftsmanship we will repair your jewellery free of charge for 6 months from the purchase date. This guarantee does not include loss, theft, water damage, or breakage due to dropping or misuse.
Returns Policy
Jewellery purchases may be exchanged once within 30 days from the date of purchase either for other jewellery or for non- refundable store credit, this includes jewellery received as a gift.
A fifty percent deposit is required for all special orders or custom work. Custom work, Earrings and special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special Orders
We are unable to refund for wrong sizing however we can extend or reduce the length at an extra cost which would be worked out in accordance to the type of jewellery purchased.
